On August 14, 1982, Mohit Raina was born to Brahmin parents in Kashmir. Mohit Raina was raised in Jammu by his parents, P.L. Raina and Sushma Kumari. He earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Jammu after attending Kendriya Vidyalaya School. After moving to Mumbai, Mohit began modeling.
